Shipping Information:
FasterTri.com ships via UPS (United Parcel Service) to the United States,Canada, and various other countries. Any order $99 or more receives free UPS Ground shipping if the destination is within the 48 contiguous states. All US shipments will default to UPS Ground, however 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air are available. Shipments to Canada are based on UPS Standard rates to Canada and are not eligible for free shipping. In countries other than the US or Canada, you must choose the UPS Worldwide choice in the drop down menu for shipping rates to calculate. All of the above rates can be seen for your order by selecting the UPS rates icon on the shipping screen during checkout.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
FasterTri.com has a 30 day guarantee on all of our products. If you wish to make a return or exchange on any item you have purchased from FasterTri.com simply return the original product to us within 30 days of your package receipt, in the item's original packaging with all parts and original tags attached. Include a copy of the original order receipt, and note whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund.
